I really should just tape record drunk conversations.
So I quit WoW for a while. So far I really miss it, I’ll be back soon or something. I’ve got quite a few art projects, a website to design, and a mural to start. Wish me luck! I will also be on vacation these next few weeks, so hopefully Cait will have some comics that I will have to exorcise from her.

Comic up this week at some point
So I hung out at MoCCA and nearly died because I finally met Aaron Diaz of Dresden codak. I had to try to keep myself upright and not die. I also got to hang out with Kate Beaton, Lucy Knisley, Jess Fink, Mary Varn, and others at the Drink and draw like a lady event. Wow! that was such an awesome time.
My first con experience was interesting… Unfortunately the Jacob v. Jacob shirts didn’t get here in time and the poster I had came with a BLARING typo…UGH. Whatever you can buy that online at deviantart. Hara Heta was actually cancelled so I didn’t get to do the second one. The con season is ALL booked, I’m very surprised. I mean you had to plan this shit WAAAY in advance to get in on it. We will see if I’m still in the comic business next year.

Also there was a small interview I did for FmyLife about the illustration experience found here. I’m going to try and do a second submission to them.

DEAR GOD! I have been working on two posters and two shirts for my first con this whole week. It’s been so hard. Anyway here’s what I’ve got.

I’m preparing for CPAC 2010 (4/11) and Hara Heta Anime (4/24). Oh man is it the worst time for taxes and shirt ordering. This weekend is also Drink and Draw like a Lady and MoCCA. I will be visiting MoCCa, not selling. But it is a lovely opportunity to meet the people I adore all next weekend.
For the two anime cons I’ll be selling shirts and prints. I’m currently drawing the print right now and the 2nd shirt is in the works. The chocobro shirt will be up also the limited edition old comic shirts (one about a unicorn and one about an emo trap). Very exciting stuff! SO BUSY!
I’m making a con list with Cait for the summer. Maybe I will be west coasting it for a little bit and it shall be great.
My thoughts on the Final Fantasy 13′s side kick. I kind of love him.
Um, news. Cait met Ray Park her childhood crush/idol/mentor and it was adorable. So much squeeing. I didn’t watch the oscars and I don’t really care lol. I hear like a million movies were nominated for best movie and 80% of them I didn’t see. The escapist has yet to announce ANYTHING. I’m going to try and visit Mocca fest for my first time. Yay!
